The candidate will be responsible for managing all activities of the company having 6 modern extrusion presses at Bangalore and 5 at Dabaspet near Bangalore with total production of 95,000 MTPA. He will be responsible for all departments on shop floor such as Production, Foundry, Sophisticated Tool Shop, Maintenance and Quality Assurance in proper coordination with the HODs for ensuring smooth running of the plant.

He must be a first class BE/ B Tech in Mechanical/ Metallurgical Engg with 15 - 20 years experience on all shop floor activities in a reputed engineering industry with at least 10 years as Head of the Plant Operations. He should be a hard task master, strict and action taking on erring employees. Should be tough, dynamic, aggressive and a painstaking person with strict discipline and firmness. Preference will be given to those having experience in Extrusion plants in India or abroad. This a senior position and Diploma holders or having Degree through distance education and Candidates drawing salary of less than 18 lacs per annum CTC need not apply.
