Job Description : The candidate will be responsible to look after all India marketing of company products like variety of profiles of Aluminium Extrusions, Rolled Products such as Aluminium Foils/Sheets/Coils/Slugs/Circles/ Roofing Sheets etc to OEM customers with the help of marketing staff at Bangalore Head Office and Branch Offices at Delhi, Mumbai and Chennai. The incumbent should have rich experience in direct sales mainly to OEM customers. He will also be responsible for achieving targets fixed by the management with close monitoring of all the marketing team put under him.

Profile : Candidate should be Graduate, Post Graduate- Marketing having at least 15 years experience in industrial marketing in a medium scale industry at a senior level. He should be aged around 40- 45 years and should have excellent correspondence skills and high level of commercial acumen. Preference will be given to candidates from aluminiumm extrusion or rolled products industries,. This is a very challenging job, hence candidates needs to be very aggressive and dynamic like livewire.

Salary : INR 25,00,000 - 30,00,000 P.A. The salary above mentioned is CTC per annum basis, indicative only. Free furnished family accommodation or free lodge and boarding facility till family joins is available for deserving candidates.

Job Description : The incumbent will be overall responsible for preventive as well as break down maintenance of plant & machineries involving mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance. We have 6nos oil hydraulic aluminium extrusions presses ranging from 7000 tons to 4000 tons capacity with latest technology. The candidate will be responsible for planning and undertaking preventive and breakdown maintenance assisted by a team of about 20 engineers and nearly 80 technicians.. Machineries include extrusion presses, foundry with 2 units of melting & holding furnaces, casting system, pump house, cooling tower, CNC machines for Die making, aging ovens, annealing furnace, generators etc.

Profile : The candidate should be a first class Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering with 15- 18 years experience in maintenance in a medium size engineering industry. He will be responsible for efficient maintenance of hydraulics extrusion presses and ensure its strict implementation to reduce breakdowns. He should have sharp innovative mind and keen interest in innovation and technological development. Candidates from Aluminium Extrusion Plants shall be given preference. He should be not only result oriented but should also be a hard task master able to control a maintenance workforce of 125 Engineers and Technicians. He should be in a position to administratively control electrical & electronics maintenance also, headed by AGM- Electrical Maintenance. Diploma holders or Graduate Engineers through distance education shall not be considered.

Job Description :The candidate will be overall in-charge of aluminium foundry and caster of our rolling mill. He must have thorough knowledge & experience in casting of aluminiumm coils/ sheets with different materials composition and well versed with aluminium alloying, melting alongwith all metal aspects. Should have managerial capacity to control the subordinate staff and workers efficiently to achieve maximum production in the department.

Profile : Candidate should be a Metallurgist with 12 to 15 years experience in aluminium melting operation of an engineering/ automobile/ metal processing industry and aged about 40 years. Sound knowledge of foundry operation and coil/ sheet casting technology is very essential. Candidates from having worked in aluminium rolling mills will be given preference.
