Commercial production, in a dust free area with GMP meeting the expectations of the user industries has already started.

The highlights of this project include :

  State of the art inclined continuous casters capable of casting 60,000 MT per annum.

  Fully automatic state of the art Cold Rolling Mill (CRM) , First in the country to have an auto flatness & gauge control (Optirol 2) supplied by Achenbach, Germany. The CRM has widest deckle up to 1650 mm.

  State of the art aluminium foil cold rolling mills equipped with automatic flatness, shape and gauge control, capable of rolling ultra thin gauges of aluminium foil with globally acceptable quality. As leading aluminium foil manufacturers in India, we have always placed a lot of importance on quality and continuous improvement .Our products stand up for their irreproachable quality standards in the market.

Our "Forever" brand Aluminium roofing sheets are in good demand and has already become very popular in India.

Aluminium Sheets – Mill Finish

Aluminium sheets duly passed through our Tension Leveller finds a wide variety of applications in areas such as Construction, General Engineering and Industrial sector such as Sandwich panel, Aluminium Composite panel, Signage, Lighting, HVAC, Electronics, Instruments and many more.

We also manufacture Aluminium Chequered sheet in diamond and 5 bar pattern our sheets are precision rolled to international standards for tight tolerances on thickness, flatness and dimensional accuracy. Sound Metallurgical properties and blemish free surfaces make our Sheets an ideal choice for further fabrication and anodizing operations. We have also started multi slitting and entered into a segment of aluminium fin strip.

Packing

Sheets are packed and supplied in HDPE packing. We also offer packaging in wooden pallets as also customise packing as per customer's need.

During pallet packing, corrugated pads are placed on pallets before and after placing the sheets. Edge protection by cardboard angles are provided on all four sides of the sheets, before securing the sheets and pallets with metal strips. Pallet weight 2-3 MT

Cold Rolled Aluminium Coils / Strips - Mill Finish Condition

Cold Rolled Aluminium Coils are used in a variety of applications such as Roofing and roof accessories, cladding, Bus bodies, Thermal Insulation, etc.
